You have gum infection and cavities. Get scaling done by your dentist. Get your teeth checked for cavities and treatment for the same. X-ray will help in diagnosis and to know the extent of caries.

Hi sir, as mentioned the pain in the teeth specified could be due to a deep cavity developing somewhere in between the two or three teeth. Painful tooth itself is an indication towards root canal treatment for that tooth. Sensitivity to hot and cold could be due to exposed root or a deep cavity. Kindly visit the  dentist asap to avoid severe pain.
Next Steps
X rays and clinical examination is a must to confirm the diagnosis and go ahead with treatment plan.
Health Tips
kindly avoid sleeping on that side. Avoidance of hot and hard foods to prevent aggrevation of pain.

It can be due to involvement of nerve tissue in the tooth Xray has to be taken followed by which it may require root canal treatment or extraction depending on the condition
