My wisdom teeth is commg out its panning a lot please suggest a pain killer

It’s better to visit ur nearby dentist and evaluate the position of ur erupting teeth. For ur pain u can jus take One dose of Tab.ultracet with antacid for temporary pain relief. Also do warm salt water gargling. Hope u will recover soon
