My broken tooth is paining and a small pimple has develped on the gum beside the decayed tooth.The tooth in concern is the 2nd tooth from the back after the wisdom teeth( right side). I have gastric problem.Tablet myospaz has helped the pain to subside but with time the pain again returns.

Rx
Tab augmentin 625 mg twice a day after meals for 5 day.
Tab metrogyl 400mg Three time a day after meals for 5 day.
Tab zerodol sp twice a day after meals for 5 day.
Cap. Pantop d once a day before meals for 5 day.
Clohex mouthwash three times a day for 2 weeks.
Rexidin m forte gel three times a day for 2 weeks (gently massage on the affected area gums and leave it for 10 minutes than rainse with water)

Pimple is absess that s infection might be due to decay . Is there severe PAin n night. Augmentin 625mg (twice daily)esgipyrin (twice daily) both after food,opal d 20mg once daily n morn befpre food.

go to dentist rule out if its due to decay . then if prognosis s good go for rct or if its bad extraction. if its due to perio problem then u have to go 4 perio treatment.

If difficulty in opening mouth or chewing or swallowing, these are usually associated with tooth infection.
If feverish, that can be as a secondary infection from tooth.

gargle forcefully as much as you can after every food intake to keep the area cleaned
do not do hot compression/balm/ointment application extra-orally.
avoid very hot/cold/hard/sweet/sticky food
soft diet
do not neglect brushing after meal.
hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water in for sometime; you can do it for few times a day, if it's relieving your pain, even partially.
