I have tooth ache since July n I had visited a doctor she said I need to remove my teeth but later due to some reason I dint visited so I need to remove my teeth.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is infection to the roots, get it treated. but if the tooth needs to be extracted, then get the treatment done.

Its better to remove the affected tooth when its asymptomatic or when its not giving you pain. Please plan for the extraction with your dentist.

Hello It's still unclear which tooth the doctor asked you to get it removed... except the 3 rd molars most of the other teeth can be saved.. there is no harm in taking a second opinion.. thank us

Hi, A x ray will be taken to check whether the tooth can be saved by root canal treatment but if the tooth is badly broken then tooth removal is the only solution followed by artificial replacement after the wound heals.
