Going by the Xray , all the four wisdom teeth have insufficient space to be retained in the jaws.. As a result there is no self cleansing mechanism which is possible with correctly aligned teeth As a result, food & debris is retained, accumulated, leading to bacterial infection . Gum swelling, pain and toothache due to cavities is common.
Next Steps
Extraction of wisdom teeth, though not all at once.. is the only valid option.
Health Tips
This is one of the most common dental problems on earth.. so nothing to worry.. choose a skillful specialist.
