Too much stress
I am having high level of stress issues. I am always scared of doing things example I drive fast to reach home fearing my parents will scold me for coming late. Getting irriated very quickly on irrelavant things. Sometimes I am so stressed, it feels like my brain nerves are bursting. In june last year, I lost my uncle and aunt in a car accident. Since then there is a constant fear of losing my loved ones at any time. I cry many times. I am always conscious about my looks and weight. People tease me for that. Marriage pressure is also there. My parents fights most of the time since I am born. I have a formal relation with them. People come close and then they leave. Today I was about to faint and was panicking for hours when my father scold me for getting up late. It was like so much pressure on my mind. I think too much. Keep stalking people's profile for hours on social media.Checking their last seen etc.
