It seems that the prescription is not by Dr. It is written by some pharmacy person or some lay man who has no idea about homeopathy.
If your son is having issue of tonsillitis then only one medicine is sufficient as this is a common issue in children.
All those mentioned medications are in extremely high potency and all are deep acting that may cause aggravation in your child case. Please don't buy them and if you have already bought them then please don't give them to your child.
