The sensitivity of my tongue has increased, i am not able to eat anything as when i eat anything little spicy, the tongue senses a lot nearly unbearable. When i touch my tongue anywhere in my mouth, there is a pain. And also some red small spots has grown on the tongue and mainly at the outer end of the tongue. There are too many factors that may cause sensitive tongue.it may be aphthous ulcer, food allergy, vitamin b12 deficiency, alcohol or smoking, sometimes consuming less water also causes sore tongue.take a lot of water.it can't be diagnosed by symptoms only, you must go for a oral checkup at nearby dentist.. Regards.
