The cut will subside in 3-5 days by itself. If the pain is too much you can apply a mouth ulcer gel to that area.

No medicine required, just keep doing salt water gargles 2-3 times a day and be cautious about not biting your tongue while chewing or talking

Hi, You need to be careful while chewing your food and while talking. There will be mild inflammation which will subside in two days. You can continue with the mouth rinse. No medication is required.
