Person with IBS-C have a hypersensitive gut and tablets like SMOTECT AZADI contains herbs which irritates gastric mucosa it is advisable to not take these
But if you still want to use it make dose adjustment like take half tablet and stop if symptoms flare up

Hello,
Yes there is a possibility wherein these tablets can trigger IBS-Crohns but there is not much information about adverse effects of this medication. However there are many options we can discuss that can help treat tobacco/nicotine dependence if that is something you're interested in.
