if the roots and some portion of your crown is intact then you should try to save the natural tooth by doing RCT and post and core followed by crown. But if the root is fractured then you have to remove this tooth and can go for implant that will not compromise the adjacent teeth , an implant is placed that will act as a single tooth onto which a crown is placed. the cost varies from 15,000 - 75,000 depending upon the type of implant you choose. But if you don't want an implant you can go for bridge in that your adjacent teeth are grinded so they get compromised , and a bridge is placed the cost will be around 4000 - 15,000 per tooth and your minimum 3 teeth are replaced so you can multiply the cost into 3. IT comes around the cost of an implant only.

From the presentation of your complaint, it looks like you have Brocken your complete tooth and you want to replace it by a crown & bridge prosthesis. To better evaluate this case we need a diagnostic x ray to diagnose how much part of the tooth is Brocken & if it should be removed or not.Nothing replaces the function & esthetics of a natural tooth hence an iopa x ray is necessary to see if the tooth can be saved or not.
Next Steps
visit a dentist and get an x ray done of the Brocken tooth & post it here so that a proper treatment plan can be done
Health Tips
Don't try to remove any part of the tooth on your own.also keep the area clean around the Brocken teeth so that other teeth remain healthy

Hi, if you are interested in saving tooth then get an X-ray done to see whether R. C. T with  post n core can save  the  tooth or not. If yes then later you can get crown over it otherwise implants is best option. Considering cost factor then only go for fixed bridge.

hello, you need to visit the dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if the tooth can be saved by root canal treatment, then get it done and then get a crown placed. if not, get it extracted. then you can go for fixed prosthesis or implants depending on the bone level.

At your age,If you are removing a single tooth it is better to replace it with an implant.
Next Steps
Material is titanium for an implant and you can opt for a screw retained PFM (Porcelain fused to metal) crown.
Health Tips
Bridge use to be an option earlier days, but with the advent of implants it would make a fine replacement of your natural tooth.
