To lose weight with supplements

I want to lose weight through medininces, i used to take steriods and regular run cylce without any issue.. recently i have been diagnosed with Biploar disorder and i am on lithium tabs. Can i run a safe steriod cycle? if not the pls recommend some safe supplements

Hello...... No, you don't take steroids for weight loss.. Steroids are taken to gain weight. Steroid increases muscle mass and increases water retention.. Who told you to take it.. Don't take any medicine without doctors advice.. You are already suffering from bipolar disorder.. Go for regular follow up..
