Need more detail about you like medical history, height and weight. Follow healthy and balance diet. Don’t skip your meal. Take small and frequent meal. Increase fibre intake in your diet like fruits, vegetables and whole cereal. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Avoid fried and junk food consume only 3 tsp oil in a day. Avoid high sugar products. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
