I have done the TMT test and all necessary blood tests are normal, my BP and sugar is normal, only LDL cholesterol is on the border, but I have done TMT without any issue, I walk 5 km a day without any issue I don't even need to catch my breath, so is it safe for me to go for intense exercise like jogging for 1km, weight lifting upto 40kg?

Jogging and weightlifting should start at lower intensity, and you can gradually increase.Dont go beyond the range, you are allowed to.If you have a facility for echocardiogram in your area ,get it done if you are planning for heavy workout.
You can know your limits by actually starting to test your limits. It is advised to slowly increase the duration and intensity of workouts to avoid any excess load on the heart and other body functions
