TMJ jaw deviation.
Seems like TMJ, jaw clicks on the left side when I open far enough, and deviates to that side. I also have a small overbite; does this incur from the problem I have in my jaw?

most probably you might have tmj disc displacement without reduction. to confirm it you need to get tmj view x ray and might need tmj arthrocentesis. but before all these visit a maxillofacial surgeon and get diagnosed.
