Yes presence of wisdom is also one of d factor for tmj pain .
First comes d diagnosis . Wat type of tmj disorder is ?? Wheter its skeletal or disc involvement is there or dislocation of condyle or bruxism . So we need clinical and radiographic evaluation therfore we come to a diagnosis . And then accordingly we treat it .
