Actually 6 months back got removed wisdom tooth. Some times causing jaw swelling and pain around ears dragged jaw and teeth ache. Till now not recovered. Right side only it is troubling a lot. Sometimes left side too. I am considering oral and maxillofacial surgeon. The doctor is telling that I am not concern specialist and not at all dental problem. Xray showing all clear said to consult ent surgeon. Doctor told that it is tmj. Only soft diet. Even little spicy food causing jaw pain and burning sensation and causing more while chewing little too. Pain behind ears and jaw line and facial swelling. Till now I have considered number of doctors. But no in use at all. Basically doctor is telling migraine and sinus will trigger. I did not know who to consult doctor. Whether dental or ent surgeon. Tmj will cure. I know dental problems will take time to heal.

Hi.
I certainly understand your concern?
I would like you to quit chewing tobacco on a priority basis , chewing tobacco can worsen the TMJ function as you're giving it excessive stress when it's already under stress.
You can neither blame Doctors as I'm sure, many Dr whom you visited might have advised to quit chewing habits, treatment will be successful only when you follow all the instructions given by the doctor and depending on how your body responds to the treatment ,and treatment cannot be expected in a short duration.
Kindly Come out of Your Comfort Zone and focus on your goal so that your health is in a good state and function.
Hope your question is answered
Next Steps
Completely Quit chewing and then visit the dental surgeon or ENT for desired results.
Physical examination and evaluation is required.
