Tiny red spots on palm and sole

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am taking acyclovir due to contact in chickenpox sick person for 2 days as i have fever and strep throat no rash appear but today tiny red spots appera on palm and soles accompanying with pain none symptom for chicken pox. But i am confuse with these spots.skin of sole become hard and dry.
