Hi, i have developed this tiny red spots all over my upper body. I dont think i had this spots earlier. Is it something serious?

Looks like cherry angioma,if so,its benign.Nothing to worry.But detailed history required to rule out other differential diagnoses.Kindly consult online

Depends on whether it’s itchy or not. It could be an allergy/ or a simple cherry Angioma that causes no harm etc
