I recently noticed few very tiny red spots/bumps on body.few on left hands and breast one or two on thighs.Its so tiny like a pinpoint.I dont know if it was previously there or not im noticing now only.Please tell me what is it?I am so scared to see something petechiae related to blood cancer in google.My cbc report is normal.Please anyone tell me what is this tiny red thing.Should i worried?Pic attached
