Red spot on palm
I've very few tiny red spots on my left palm & also on the upper portion of both of the palms, around the knuckles. Approximately 4-5 spots r on my left palm, whereas still no spots are seen on my right palm. The spots appeared previously around my knuckle has vanished itslf. what could this be?
