Red spots on palm & foots

Question

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Sir I have red spots on my palm yesterday and today it spreads to my foots. Could someone help me understand what is the problem and its cause..i am awaiting for blood sample report but from past 2 days these spots has spread a lot..apart from medical treatment what other additional precautions needs to be taken at home till I get my report...kindly help...
