Tiny red spots on body
I am having very tiny red bumps on body .I noticed it very recently.I am having one one spot on each hand each breast but its too tiny like a pin point.Pics attached.Please please tell me what is this.I am so scared is this petechiae related to blood cancer or something normal?Please tell me
