Tingling and numbness
From past 3 months I have been experiencing tingling and numbness in hands and legs I done my ncv test and it's normal and b12 is also normal but calcium and d3 deficiency is there and and hand and leg muscle weakness pls tell me is this due to this deficiency I am attaching my report here

Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency can cause muscle weakness, cramping pain, bone pain, Drowsiness, lethargy, hair fall etc. Take diet rich in vitamin d like egg fish etc Take supplements like Uprise D3 60k cap once a week for 8 weeks. Sit in the sun thrice a week for 15-20 minutes Take plenty of fluids. Keep yourself hydrated Regularise sleep for 6 hours Regular exercise atleast for 30 minutes. Take plenty of fruits and green vegetables. Everything will be fine. Nothing to worry. Consult under Practo in case of emergency
