Hello Doctors, I am 31 years old and have a very tight Foreskin. When I try to touch the tip and the glans of the penis - it gives me excruciating pain (is it something common?) Circumcision is a good definitive solution to your problem of tight foreskin. This decision should however be made after a surgeon checks and confirms that you need the procedure.
