Anal sphincter getting tight
Previously I used medicine for anal fissure , the burning sensation was decreased, but again while going for walk or going to gym. I can feel that my anal sphincter is again getting tight.. how could I change this

It can only be treated by surgical procedure (fissure ablation, sphincterotomy) for relief. Medicine will not solve your problem. Painkillers can only relieve your symptoms like pain.

start doing sitz bath two times daily with betadine solution in luke warm water. plenty of fiber, fluids, fruits
