Tight foreskin and small lumps on penis
Dear sir,
My penis foreskin is so tight unable to retract if i try there become crack and so painful. Theres lot of white discharge inside.. i tried fungal cream also
But nothing cured. There is red lumbs on my penis forehead now its spreading its swellen and numbness is there on those lumbs. Im so scared. Please suggest me some medicion without circumsicion

Circumcision is not the only option sir.. there is preputioplasty where the tight skin alone is dealt with . Kindly check your blood sugar levels also . Consult online with me with photos
