Penis foreskin and penil gland infection
Dear doctors,
My penis foreskin become tight got cracks in my skin it was painful. I applied candid cream on my penil gland and foreskin. The tightness of the skin and cracks are healed. But my penil gland shows some little pumps . Its looks like different infection. Last one week i applied candid cream and got healed tight foreskin.but this pumps on my gland is not cured. Will it go away if i continue candid cream ?? I want permanent solution without foreskin removal. I attached images. Please help me

Looks like you have balanophthitis.
One of the main reason for the above infection is UNCONTROLLED DIABETES.

It appears like balanitis infection. You might need oral antibiotics along with candid ointment.. but the foreskin still appears tight.. in the near future you might need a preputioplasty (surgery to loosen the tight ring of prepuce!)
