I did my thyroid test last week for the first time as my body weight is not reducing even after doing hard exercise. From blood test report T3 and T4 is showing normal. However TSH level increased to 21. Please suggest how I will reduce the same

Please consult an Endocrinologist in your area. You have got an unusually high level of TSH. It will need further investigations including an MRI of Hypothalamus area.
Hypothyroidism.. Treatment is required.when there is hypothyroidism it's difficult to loose weight..kindly check your lipid profile,vit D3 and HBA1C level as well. U can connect for further discussion and management..
