Related to my body
Sir, for the past two years, I have been suffering from severe pain in every muscle and joint throughout my body. The pain intensifies significantly whenever I experience stress, depression, or tension, and it is causing serious difficulties in my daily life. I have consulted doctors multiple times and undergone every possible medical test, yet the root cause of the problem remains unidentified. What could be causing this? Could it be psychosomatic pain, or is it something else?

Two years of pain in almost every muscle and joint with normal tests, worse with stress and low mood, points to fibromyalgia (central pain sensitisation). It is a genuine physical condition, not imaginary, and it does settle with the right treatment. Before labelling it, I would con firm vitamin D, B12, thyroid and haemoglobin are normal. Painkillers will not fix this; medicines that act on the pain pathway plus sleep correction and graded exercise will.
Next Steps
Get vitamin D, B12, TSH, CBC and CRP done, then consult me on Practo with your old reports so I can start the right treatment and a graded exercise plan.
Health Tips
Avoid daily painkillers and steroid injections for this pain.
