Thyroid Problem
My mother TSH is 9.677 while T3 and T4 are in range.what to do?Is she suffering from thyroid? Please suggest

If her T3 T4 are normal and TSH is 9.667 it's subclinical hypothyroidism . Usually no treatment is initiated if it's below 10 unless she has some symptoms and she has risk factors related to bp diabetes and heart issues.In such situations treatment is initiated at lowest dose of elthroxin under the supervision If she has none of them , periodical check for TSH level is all what's required

Is she having any symptoms? TSH below 10 is usually subclinical hypothyroidism Which may not need treatment just follow up test. But if she have symptoms she needs treatment for hypothyroidism
