I have hypothyroidism my tsh level was 7.1 in blood test. It's my first trimester my dr has advised me to take 100mcg on weekdays and 75mcg on weekends. I have Euthyrox 100mcg and Thyronorm 75mcg. Is it okay to take medicine from two different brand?

But the logic of different doses on different weekdays is not clear. Week days are manmade. God made all days equal.
