I was taking thyronorm 12.5mcg while i didnt have thyoid issues...I tried to stop but i didnt stop bcoz it makes me so energytic then everything and makes my mood so good i was taking from 2months then i had a blood test my test was normal then i continued after i got some symptoms like heart palpitations and all hypothyroidism symptoms so i tested my t3 little elevated...how can i get same energy in other medicine what i get in thyronorm pls help me doctor...Does thyronorm really harmful??is this affect my kidney or heart???or can i continue this again

Stop thyronorm and check after 3 months Palpitations is over use of thyronorm and can be hazardous , you are producing medicine related hypothyroidism For energy use multivitamin medicine

1st of all you tell me. why are you talking thyroid medication without any thyroid issues and indications. only for stay energetic taking thyroid medication isn’t good thing. another thing palpitations is a adverse effects of thyronorm drug overdose and common symptoms of hyperthyroidism not hypothyroidism. stop taking any medication without indications and prescription. for further evaluation and management need to done some lab investigations - —thyroid function test. —routine investigations (cbc,Lft,Kft,SE, rbs). —Vit D and vit b12
