According to your Xray report  you are suffering from some infection like fracture in the distal phalanx . As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

You should take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 days before food. 2- Tab Zerodol sp 2 time per day for 3 days after food for pain and swelling. 3- Tab Shelcal 1 time per day for 1 week after food. 4- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 1 week after food for strength and immunity. Apply cast on that finger .
