This is probably due to a throat infection along with some rhinitis ... Try steam inhalation and betadine gargles ... Also try to speak as less as possible otherwise ur voice will start cracking ... Avoid hot and spicy food, plenty of water intake ... If pb still persists plz consult an ent specialist

This could be due to allergy. You should take anti allergy meds and also should do saline gargles. Use nasal drops also.
