Appears to be sore throat. Give syp levocet 5ml twice a day. Dont use levolin or antibiotic without doctors prescription. If he develops fever, get tested for covid.

Throat pain and cough with voice change indicates infection and inflammation of your child throat
Next Steps
Any fever, any exposure with COVID patient
Health Tips
You need to go for gargles, steam inhalation , warm soft consistency food
Can give him painkiller medicine . Antibiotics may be needed if symptoms continue
And keep a watch over development of symptoms over next 2-3days
If his throat has pain , fever and mouth looks red , difficultly in swallowing, then most probably he has a throat infection .If he has a lot of cough and his throat aches because of constant cough , then he has a chest issue.
Next Steps
Levolin is for wheezing and bronchitis. Make sure he has cough due to bronchitis by listening to his chest. If he is showing whistling kind of breath sounds then Levolin will help along with nebulisation. If cough is dry, then you might need cough suppressant.
Health Tips
A pain killer can be given for throat pain . Also cough loge zests can sooth the throat for the time being
