Which treatment modality is suggested for throat cancer stage 2(Metastatic squamous cell carcinoma) ,chemo therapy along with radiation therapy or Laparoscopic surgery?

1)throat cancer metastatic can not be stage 2.it will be stage 4.
2)if stage 2...Non metastatic then treatment is directed by location, local extent, lymph node spread. The treatment options may range from only radiation or chemo radiation or surgery and chemoradiation.
Sequencing of therapies has to be correct to get maximum response.
3) if metastatic then it depends how much and where are Mets. If isolated met which is treatable then the disease treatment of throat cancer can be aggressive like non metastatic disease and treatment of met is to be done. Of course prognosis remains guarded
