Based on the history you have shared, there is NO HIV risk in your case. Reasons: HIV does NOT cause isolated white dots in throat. HIV does not present like this at 55–69 days. The white dots disappeared within 1 day after salt water gargles, which strongly suggests: minor throat infection tonsillar debris local inflammation allergy or irritation HIV-related lesions do not disappear in one day. You had mostly protected vaginal sex. Condom break for a few minutes carries very negligible risk, especially when: Your partner tested HIV negative at 54 days by lab-based rapid card (1 & 2) — this is a reliable test. The sexual contact 3 months back with intact condom also does not pose HIV risk.
Next Steps
Important medical facts: HIV symptoms usually appear 2–4 weeks after exposure, not after 55–69 days. HIV does not cause localized white spots on one side of throat only. Anxiety and repeated checking commonly cause throat sensation awareness.
Health Tips
You are NOT at risk of HIV ✅ Your throat finding is NOT related to HIV ✅ No HIV treatment or emergency medicine is required If you want complete mental reassurance, you may do one HIV test at 90 days, which is considered final and conclusive, but medically your risk is already negligible. If throat symptoms recur frequently, an ENT examination is advised. For proper counselling and reassurance, you may consult me directly through a paid consultation. Take care and stay relaxed.
