Hello, You have to get it extracted firstly and the cost can be said only after seeing the radiograph.

Hi.this is simple case of pericoronitis .Tke cipmox 500 mg TDS and ibuprofen 400 mg sos for three days along with warm saline rinses .inflamation wil subside and visit to dental surgeon so that irrrigation can be done that wil lodge of any debris in that area.

Kindly upload xray  . Then according to that treatment plan can be told . Eat ketorol dt for pain for now .

Can u upload it x-ray, so that we can assess your case properly..take aceclofenac 100 mg pain killer for pain relief..if there is any swelling at the 3rd molar region, do salt water rinses regularly...

You stated that you have pain in your 3rd molar. The reason can be many. Without examining and seeing the X-ray the treatment cannot be suggested and therefore the cost of the treatment too cannot be decided upon. To manage the pain a painkiller can be prescribed. Kindly visit a dentist.
