Hello, According to me the most important thing for this is the dentist doing it. A impacted teeth or wisdom teeth or third molar whatever u may call can be at any of the angulation, level inyour mouth. We cant really change that. What best can be done is, that the dentist taking out should be well a surgeon in these things. I mean its not just about taking out the teeth. It about how least traumatic and how reduced amount of bone has to be cut it so that it can be taken out because it is directly proportional to the difficulty that you are going to face post operatively.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist near by.

Third molar extractions are the most common  procedures done in any dental practice. They can range from a simple extraction of the affected tooth to a complicated impaction which involves tooth removal by cutting the bone obstructing it. The recovery depends on patient to patient and the severity of the procedure. If no health conditions like diabetes etc , the recovery should be within 3 to 4 days
Next Steps
you can visit a oral and maxillofacial surgeon who will do the procedure. cost varies from clinic to clinic and depends on the severity of the case.

Third molar aka wisdom tooth removal has become a common treatment scenario in the dental office these days. Universally, the procedure is the same depending upon if the tooth is erupted or impacted(submerged under the gums and/or bone) and cost can vary depending upon the severity of the case and also the experience of the dental surgeon. Recovery could easily take 4-6 days without majorly disturbing your routine schedule.
Next Steps
Go ahead and undergo the procedure with peace of mind which will help both you and the dentist to perform the surgery with ease.
Health Tips
Prior to the surgery make sure you have a well balanced healthy meal and your dentist will help you with the post-surgery instructions. Happy recovery !
