Thin, want to get weight

Hi, My height is 167 cm and weight is 50 kg. i look very thin. i don't have any health issue. i take (2 meals,1morn. breakfast) containing milk and fruit but still not gaining the weight. its constant from last 5 yrs. non smoker,non drinker, please suggest what should i do to get some weight. Thank you very much.

Hi, hope you are well. To increase weight you need to have energy rich foods. Increase the intake of carbs in your diet. Add ghee to your rice or vegetables. Drink fruit milkshakes or smoothies. hi - I think u dnt v high carbohydrate diet which can only help u to gain weight. u r taking low calorie, so u can come in personal chat for details.
