Sir I have thin body and recently cure by typhoid and chronic cough. My full body blood test report are normal. I always measure BP that is also normal. But when I start stretching exercises it causes chest pain and there is very low stamina. When I do only one push up my legs is vibrating. My hand also vibrating. Please suggest some beginners exercise for me. Because I am patient of health anxiety. Some symptoms or a little body symptoms kills me. I think I am going to die and something body going to happen with me and overcome this anxiety and panic attack I try exercise but it also makes me so anxious. So please help me. I really need your help

Dear, dont think that you cant do exercises, you are weak, unable to do develop muscles, its nothing to think about.
You can first start with walking, jogging, early morning regular exercises for limbs.
Take food that are rich in calcium and vitamins, avood junk food and drink water atleast 4litres.
Consult in person with psychiatrist or psychologist if you think you cannot do exercises, its just your thounghts.
Discuss it with psychiatrist in detail of problem you are facing.
Don't think that u r going to die, do some breathing exercises and I strongly recommend to consult with psychiatric.
