Frequent Body Ache
Hi, I have noticed that I feel body ache (usually in muscles of calf, arms and back) and an erge to get body massage quite often now. I don't have problem in any kind of physical activity, like walking or doing my usual day to day tasks. Please advise.

Due to deficiency of vitamins and calcium some there will be pain in lower limbs. Take vitamins and calcium rich diet, do regular early morning exercises. consult in person with gp for some tests if required will be prescribed by the doc.

Its due to defiency of vitamin D and calcium try to take blood test. Have rich amount of calcium food like milk,curd,green leafy veggies.expose ur self to early morning sun. Routine mobilization and strengthening exercises prescribed by Physiotherapist
