I took tetanus injection...on my arm ...that place is red and swollen ...my sleeves were tight ...is this a case of reaction or because of the tight sleeves ...plz help

No. It is not due to your tight sleeves. It may be a natural local response given by the body to the injection. Do ice cold fomentation only.
