Testosterone level
What are the tests to check Testosterone production in my body. I am doing weight training regularly but not able to gain muscle mass. Also what time should I take the test - morning or evening? And if my body is producing low levels of testosterone, how can I increase the levels?

Go to any diagnostic lab. It can be tested by giving blood sample. They will guide you on when to give sample. First establish that you have low testosterone. There could be so many other reasons for not able to gain muscles. Book an appointment with me for sports nutrition at bellybrn.com
