Testicular torsion may be this is known
I have pain in my back at right side and mostly at the lower part and it start occurring mostly at evening nearly 7:00pm and when it occur i feel like vomitting, headache, dizziness, nausea etc i had done full body check also and consult spine as well as neurologist but nothing happen and I'm facing the same problem and when I consult any doctors they are saying it is muscluar pain or it is beacuse of acidity.
