I am having testicular pain
I am experiencing right testicular pain. This has been going on for a couple months on and off.

Hello User.
Testicular pain or swelling is always considered abnormal the best investigation is USG Scrotum which will give information regarding testicular pain ignoring it may be some time serious.

I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
