Testicular pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

A little pain (some time hard pain) in both testis all the time from last 5 month. Testis Size are ok, but most of time both testis is in loose condition. There is a small lumps on both tests which pains more when touched it. Pl guide me for treatment.
