I feel pain in left arm all test are normal doctor says muscular pain. But I feel this pain in any time.

If you are having it from very long time ,it could be due to nerve injury but in nerve injury you will have shooting pain, mild pain suggestive of musculoskeletal pain only.Take pain killers
