It seems the report of USG which has been done already, if you can tell about what symptoms you had, maybe it's easy to decipher
To me "it reads, bursitis left retrolateral side"!!

Not able to make out USG of which body part, due to poor writing. The radiologist may be able to read, else go back to the doctor who advised same.
